What an incredible final assembly for our Class of 2024 it was on Thursday 17 October. Led by Acting College Principal, Stephanie Smyth, the occasion celebrated our Year 12 students and their commitment and contribution to our College community. Stephanie wished them well, and to “Go forward with confidence, knowing you have the strength, compassion, and courage to make a lasting mark on the world.” Other moments to celebrate included the recognition of multiple award winners including our Academic Achievement and Endeavour award recipients and the College and Community award recipients. A particular highlight included the Community Spirit and Leadership Awards, which were presented by the Honourable Mark Dreyfus KC MP.

Keeping with tradition the morning ended by thanking current College Co-Captains, Alicia Noble and Lola Martin for being inspirational, committed, courageous and compassionate leaders this year. Alicia and Lola were credited for “their passion and determination to make a difference and willingness to lead with courage, and in a spirit of strength and kindliness.” The new Co-Captains for 2025 were then commissioned in a moving handover ritual.
