On Wednesday 16 March, the ‘Top Arts’ Exhibition at the National Gallery of Victoria was officially opened. It was a fabulous celebration of 43 chosen Year 12 2021 talented artists. Learning Leader, Ms Sonya Hood was invited to celebrate this wonderful achievement with Kellie Palatino from our 2021 Year 12 Studio Art class and her parents. Kellie was chosen to exhibit from over 1300 applicants throughout the state of Victoria. It was a very proud moment to see Kellie’s hard work and resilience of completing an Art subject in lockdown for much of her VCE years on show! Kellie was also chosen to be interviewed about her work and this is also on display in the exhibition. We invite you all to go and see the fabulous work of Kellie and these talented artists.
