Jess Gardner – Class of 2003
Yesterday, the College held the final Assembly for the year, where significant college awards were presented including Language, Science and Sport awards. To present the awards to the sporting champions, we were delighted to welcome back Jess Gardner (Class of 2003). During her time at the College, Jess was a keen participant in house and interschool sport. She took up AFL in 2012, playing for the St Kilda Sharks where she was awarded ‘Rookie of the Year’ in her first season. In 2016 she was announced in the ‘Team of the Decade’ and in that same year, was drafted by the Western Bulldogs. Jess made her AFLW debut in 2017 making her Kilbreda’s first AFLW player!
