College Auditorium Seat Sponsorship

At Kilbreda College, we believe in making lasting memories, so we are giving you the opportunity to sponsor a seat in our auditorium.You can honour a special person or acknowledge a business or club through an inscription on a brass plaque that will affix to a seat.

By sponsoring a seat, you are not only helping to raise funds that will assist in enhancing the College facilities and learning opportunities for students; your plaque will be seen by many people over many years, a fond memory that is shared time and time again.

Premium Seat Package

* 1 x inscribed plaque, affixed to a seat in the front 3 rows*

* 2 x adult tickets to the 2019 College Production, “Mary Poppins” on a night of your choice*

* Your name acknowledged as a sponsor in the 2019 College Production program

* Your name acknowledged as a sponsor on the College website

$350 per seat/plaque or $600 for 2 x seat/plaques (purchased at the same time)

General Seat Package

* 1 x inscribed plaque, affixed to a seat in the Auditorium (excluding the front 3 rows)

* Your name acknowledged as a sponsor in the 2019 College Production program

$250 per seat/plaque or $400 for 2 x seat/plaques (purchased at the same time)

Order a Seat Plaque

Terms and Conditions

  • 1. All sponsored seats will be allocated on a first come first served basis according to availability.
  • 2. Sponsoring a seat does not affect the way that the seat is then sold to the public for performances – you will not be guaranteed the seat you have a plaque when you attend a performance.
  • 3. If you utilise your complimentary tickets in 2019, they will not necessarily be in your sponsored seat.
  • 4. Complimentary tickets to the 2019 College Production are subject to availability whilst stocks last
  • 5. The wording on your plaque must be written within the limits given.
  • 6. Kilbreda College reserves the right to ask you to reword your message if it is judged offensive or lowers the reputation of the College, the College retains sole discretion on such matters.
  • 7. Once a plaque is ordered, the donation becomes non-refundable.
  • 8. The plaque is valid for the lifetime of the Auditorium.
  • 9. All donations are tax deductable.
  • 10. Plaques will be ordered at the close of this promotion – 9 July 2019.
  • 11. Discounts are available when plaques are purchased in multiples of 2 only.
