Past Pupils of Distinction Nomination Form

We ask that you seriously consider nominating a past pupil who meets the ‘Criteria for Nomination’ (below).

Nominations must be received by 3.00pm on 19 December 2024.

Please Note: Before you submit your nominations, please check to see whether or not they have already been nominated in previous years. If they already have been, then they are automatically eligible for induction into the 2025 program and will be considered.

CRITERIA FOR NOMINATION

• The Nominee has achieved outstanding success and excellence in their category / categories of nomination.
• The Nominee has made / is making a positive difference in the lives of others and in doing so is embodying the College motto, Strength and Kindliness.
