Past Pupils of Distinction

**Nominations close on Thursday 19 December 2024**

Our biannual Past Pupils of Distinction program recognises, acknowledges and celebrates the outstanding contributions that past pupils have made in the community and ultimately to the lives of others. The program also provides a platform where stories can be shared and current and future students can be inspired by those women who have truly lived the College values of Strength and Kindliness.

Nominations for the 2025 program are open but will close soon. We encourage you to think about a person who you feel meets the following criteria and to nominate them:

• Has achieved outstanding success and excellence in their category / categories of nomination
• Has made a difference in the lives of others
• Embodies the Kilbreda College motto of Strength and Kindliness.

Following a review process, the 2025 Past Pupils of Distinction inductees will be chosen from the group of new and past nominees. Our inductees and nominees are then celebrated at a formal dinner on Saturday 3 May 2025. More importantly, our inductees’ portraits will find a place within our gallery at the College. Here, all Past Pupils of Distinction inductees are featured, each in their own way having made meaningful contributions in various fields. Every one of these portraits tells a unique story of dedication, resilience and success…Who will the next inductees be?

Our nominees and inductees are trailblazers, not just in their professional lives but also in how they contribute to the community and uplift others. They are role models and a reminder to today’s students that they too can achieve anything. Those that come before them inspire and uplift them. The recognition of our inductees is not solely a celebration of past accomplishments but also an invitation to current students to continue to contribute positively to their world.  When they venture beyond the gates of Kilbreda they will aspire to follow in the inductees’ footsteps.

Please consider thoughtfully who you may nominate as a potential 2025 inductee; it’s our College community who assist in driving this program and your nominations are vital for its continued success.

To nominate, simply fill in the nomination form which you can access below. Please ensure you do all of this by the nomination closing date – 3.00pm, Thursday 19 December 2024.

Thank You

As we near the end of the school year for 2024 I take this opportunity to thank the College community for their support of the work of the Past Pupils’ Network Committee. Many have supported our fundraising through their purchase of Entertainment Memberships which will continue throughout 2025. Support for the Past Pupils’ Showcase Concert “Celebrate” was evident by attendance numbers, the numbers attending the one year and decade reunions and of course the support for the celebrations of the 120 year anniversary of the College.

At all gatherings there was an air of celebration and excitement in reconnecting with people and the College.

We look forward to the events of 2025 that will continue to gather us as community.

Members of the Kilbreda College Past Pupils’ Network Committee wish you a Merry Christmas.

We wish you the Spirit of Christmas which is

the Blessing of Christmas which is
