Learning Progress Meetings

Learning Progress Meetings (formerly Parent/Teacher/Student interviews) for Semester 2 will take place on Wednesday 14 August and Thursday 22 August 2024.

Learning Progress Meetings are a wonderful opportunity to partner with the College in the learning journey of your daughter.  During this time you can learn about your child’s academic development and students can share with you about their learning behaviours and social growth taking place in the classroom.

Teachers will be using Microsoft Teams to conduct interviews (booking details below and instructions attached). Please login to PAM prior to the start of your first interview and click on the relevant booking where you will be kept in the” lobby” until the staff member admits you to the virtual room.  In order to facilitate the discussion, could cameras please be turned on if you have this facility.

Students are expected to be present for the duration of the interviews, as the discussion is intended to provide an opportunity for parents, teachers and students to discuss learning progress, thereby maximising opportunities for your daughter’s learning.

Please understand that teachers will need to strictly adhere to a 5 minute interview, so the next Parent/Carer is not inconvenienced.

Interview Times:

• Wednesday 14 August                                   2.30pm to 8.00pm
• Thursday 22 August                                       2.30pm to 8.00pm

Bookings:

Bookings will be available through PAM (Parent Access Module). 

• Year 11 and 12 student bookings open on Tuesday 6 August at 7.00pm
• Year 7 to 10 student bookings open on Thursday 8 August at 7.00pm

• Wednesday 14 August Sessions – bookings close Sunday 11 August at 9.00pm

(Please note the portal will be closed from Sunday 11 August 9.00pm until the conclusion of interviews on Wednesday 14 August.  This means no bookings can be made during this time.  The portal will reopen again after 8.00pm Wednesday 14 August).

• Thursday 22 August Sessions – bookings close Monday 19 August at 9.00pm.

Please note Jenny DiBlasi and Rosa Malignaggi will be conducting interviews together and bookings can be made under Rosa Malignaggi.

On the day of the interview, if you are unable to attend your pre-booked appointment, please contact the teachers you have made bookings with directly via email. 

Student dismissal:

• Students will be dismissed at 1.30pm on both days of the Learning Progress Meetings. There will be adjusted bell times, so students should come prepared for all of their lessons.
