1983 and 2003 Reunions

On Saturday 7 October, our final reunion for the year was held for past pupils who finished 20 and 40 years ago. Among those in attendance was 2023 Past Pupil of Distinction Inductee, Vikki Petraitis, who finished in 1983.

As the women entered through Gate 4, I made a point of orienting them to the Year 8 corridor, which gave them a sense of where they were. Soon after, they ascended the stairs into what must’ve seemed like another world as neither the Auditorium nor Kildare Centre were even thought of when they were here!

A glass of bubbly greeted them as did our wonderful team of Student Ambassadors and a delightful selection of nibbles, much appreciated by all. To begin formalities, they were welcomed by our Principal and addressed by a long serving representative of the Past Pupils’ Network Committee and their former Level Coordinator, Peta Wragg.

As we toured the College later, they found familiar places where they played, chatted and were taught. It was wonderful to see so many faces again.
