What an incredible morning at our annual Father’s Day Breakfast. It was wonderful to see so many dads with their daughters, meeting others and enjoying themselves. With heartfelt speeches from some of our Student Leaders, performances by the Kilbreda Chorale and Year 11 student, Ashley P and a delicious breakfast from our catering team, it was the perfect start to the end of the week! Keynote speaker, St Kilda Football Club’s AFLW Captain, Hannah Priest, gave an insight into what led her into her incredible AFL career and some take-homes about making the most of opportunities that are presented and getting out of your comfort zone, of course touching on the support of her family, especially her Dad along her journey. These breakfasts are a collective team effort and we thank everyone involved for another wonderful celebration of the fathers and father-figures in our lives.
