On Thursday 10 October our art students shone when they showcased their diverse talents through various mediums at our annual Visual Arts, Design and Technologies Exhibition. Hundreds of fellow students, family, friends and staff filled the Mary Dalton Hall to witness the incredible creativity and talent on display. The 2024 Show featured the exceptional work of our visual arts, visual communication and design, food technology and media students. Viewers were captivated by the thoughtfulness behind each piece, and the descriptive stories that accompanied the work provided insight into the artists’ initial thought process through to the final pieces that we saw. A highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the fashion showcase, where 86 students confidently took to the catwalk as either designers or models. The atmosphere was electric, filled with applause and genuine support, embodying the strong sense of community that thrives here at Kilbreda.
